A lighter-built machine, Texas requires less tractor power requirement and is suitable for use with smaller tractors. The Texas disc harrow, which offers an effective and wide area of use in soil cultivation, especially in stubble processing and seedbed preparation, allows plant residues to be broken down and mixed into the soil without overturning the soil. Efficient farming is thus supported through effective cultivation and the maintenance of the biological balance of the soil.
A sturdy chassis that is durable and resistant to difficult conditions.
After cultivating the soil efficiently with specially produced discs, it performs soil breaking, compacting, and leveling operations with different types of rollers, thus producing a perfect surface. Thanks to its combined design, its compact structure is simple and provides ease of use.
Maximum efficiency is achieved due to the 8-15 km/h operating speed.
Fuel savings are assured due to the low tractor power required and the optimum cutting and direction angles of the discs.
Suitable for use with smaller tractors due to its lightweight structure.
Maintenance- and lubrication-free, long-lasting, robust roller bearings.
Welded disc arms that are resistant to tough conditions and strong impacts.
All disc arms are mounted on the battery independently and have their own protective rubbers. In this way, machine balance is maintained during soil cultivation, the discs are protected from damage and there is no loss of speed.
The desired working depth is easily obtained by adjusting the roller height either hydraulically or mechanically. Pins are then used to fix the desired setting.
Rubber Disc Protection The 40mm-diameter rubber wedges used in the arm connections prevent the discs from damage by allowing them to retract vertically, allowing the machine to work quickly and without pause, even in the harshest of conditions, during soil cultivation.
The distance between the front and rear discs is 90 cm, the chassis height is 75 cm and the distance between discs is 24 cm. The large working area of the discs ensures the most efficient transfer of soil from the front to the rear, and facilitates working with minimum residue accumulation.
